We have seven Sea Bags made from the original sail of Bjorn Ironside from the “Vikings” History Channel series — the same sailcloth that later we use aboard Sæ Ulfr, our 26-foot replica Viking age working vessel. There was extra canvas and so we had these Sea Bags made from it by the prestigious firm Sea Bags of Maine.

These are not replicas.
They are cut directly from the authentic sail.
The rope is authentic nautical hemp rope sourced from New England Ropes, (same firm we use for Sae Ulfr) hand spliced for maximum carrying capacity.
We purchased the sail at a Movie Set/Prop auction, and it is now part of our Tribe’s history and stewardship. While there is no endorsement or affiliation with History Channel or the Vikings television series, we do possess the official certificate of authenticity confirming that this is the sail used in production. A copy of that certificate is enclosed.

Odin’s Warrior Tribe is an IRS recognized 501c3 Norse religious nonprofit and registered charity in VA and MD with a secular mission and focus of helping veterans through events and activities.
We will also send two of our exclusive stickers with the bag.
Your donation will go towards the Viking Hall that will serve veterans and act as a storage and maintenance site for our Viking boat.
